Nasch Properties was established in 1996 by Julius Nasch and Rick Zeff. Although Mr. Nasch passed in 2002, Mr. Zeff has continued to grow the company portfolio with assets approaching 200 million dollars. Properties include Commercial, Multi-Family, Industrial, Medical, and Retail. Mr. Zeff foresees Nasch Properties substantial growth into the next decade and beyond.
Meet The Team

Rick Zeff
General Manager
Rick Zeff is a native of Los Angeles and has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 25 years. Mr. Zeff co-founded Nasch Properties in 1996 with a single Multi-Family residential property. He has grown the portfolio to a valuation of nearly 200 million dollars. Mr. Zeff brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management including Commercial, Multi-Family, Industrial, Medical, and Retail properties.

Teresa Lacoboni
Property Assistant
Teresa began her business training at a young age working in her family’s various Italian restaurants. She continued with her husband to own a restaurant and food manufacturing plant, until he retired. She then became an administrator and personal injury case liaison for a medical practice for 20 years. She is fluent in Italian and Spanish. In this third phase of her life, she is proud and excited to be a Property Assistant and part of the Nasch Properties family.


Janet Zink
Accounting Controller
Janet brings to Nasch Properties over 25 years of experience in Property Management and Accounting. She began working with Nasch Properties in 2017 and is the Accounting Controller. Janet received her education from Santa Monica College and UCLA. She enjoys problem solving and research with regards to accounting. She is the mother of two daughters and enjoys entertaining and cooking for family and friends.


Jessica Chamberlain
Commercial Property Manager
Jessica has more than ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As Property Manager, Jessica’s responsibilities involve property operations and management, leasing, monthly reporting, overseeing tenant improvements, client relations, tenant and vendor services and accounting. Prior to joining Nasch Properties, Jessica was Senior Assistant Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield supporting 1M sf of institutional office buildings. Previously, Jessica was Property Coordinator at Kilroy Realty assisting a portfolio of 400,000 sf of institutional office buildings. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University Northridge and maintains a California Real Estate license.


Charly Taylor
Residential Property Manager
Entering what became a family business, Charly first got into the field of Property Management at the young age of 17 working alongside her mother. In 2019, she made the bold & brave decision to move to Boulder, CO to finish up her degree at the University of Colorado, where she studied both Media Production & Journalism. Today, she is a loving dog mama to her 1-year-old pup Lucy, and proudly serves as the Resident Manager at Canoga Luxury Apartments in Chatsworth CA.


Tory Klein
Commercial Property Manager
Tory holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and maintains a California Real Estate license. After working in the hospitality and real estate industries for over 10 years, Tory joined Nasch Properties as a Residential Property Manager. With a fire to learn the commercial side of the business, Tory transitioned seamlessly to his next role as Assistant Commercial Property Manager. Today, Tory proudly represents Nasch Properties as the Commercial Property Manager for our Village Green Office Park, Westlake Commerce Center, and Townsgate Atrium locations.

Heidy Siguenza
Residential Property Manager
Heidy Siguenza is a property manager based out of Glendale California. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day management and operations for a 37-unit luxury apartment complex. Glenoaks Apartment Homes is a thriving community due to Heidy’s understanding of the importance of resident relations and communication. She coordinates and dispatches work order requests to building maintenance technicians in a timely manner, and acts as liaison between residents and upper management. With more than seven years of residential property management experience, Heidy has successfully managed properties throughout Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, and Santa Monica. She possesses strong administrative skills, knowledge of lease contracts, and property accounting. Heidy has obtained an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, and has received certifications in Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practices.
